SCC Fabrication was contracted to supply fabricated pipe for the modification to a water reclamation facility centered around upgrades to a Class A Biosolids Treatment Process. Process Pipe systems include Motive Pumps, Blowers, Transfer Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Odor Control, Sample Pipe, and Instrumentation Pipe. Size of pipe ranged from 2” to 20” with over 1800 feet of fabricated pipe. Our drafting department working directly with the contractor and their design team was critical to meeting the space constraints and multiple delivery dates, ultimately meeting the project’s construction schedule.
