Staab’s team of 100+ employee owners contain a range of skills like no other. Diversification is key to putting the right team together for the project at hand. Many of our employees have tenures greater than 12 years bringing experience to the table.

We put a high level of value in the communities that we serve as well as our employees themselves. At Staab, our Safety Director works to ensure we always have the latest safety training from many 3rd party partners to ensure that we are meeting our high safety standards.

A sound financial corporation, producing annual revenues of $50M with bonding security of $35M project cap and $80M plus aggregate provides our customers reassurance that teaming partners will be compensated correctly. Financial responsibility is a priority to ensure our customer projects are completed as intended, on time, and on budget.
OUR SYSTEM
Staab has established a high level of quality and accountability by offering multiple divisions of work—ensuring our construction projects are built properly. Staab’s broad experience installing numerous styles of construction projects allows our team to review designs and eliminate construction or operational issues prior to system installation. Whether it be knowledge, equipment functionality, or other treatment issues our team’s ability to troubleshoot and provide value engineering has produced quality, efficient systems throughout the Midwest.
The Results
